Registration Information

What’s Included?
The registration fee includes live attendance at all conference sessions, electronic conference materials and access to recordings of all workshop sessions and both general sessions. Pre-conference institutes are available, both live and recorded, for an additional fee.

What Equipment Do I Need?
AFCC recommends using a desktop or laptop computer to take full advantage of Zoom’s capabilities. This will provide better viewing experience and provide access to features not available on the Zoom app on tablets and smartphones. A stable internet connection is important for the best experience. If you lose internet service, you can call into the webinar (call-in numbers will be included in your confirmation emails from Zoom) and follow the slides which are available in advance of each program. If you need assistance, you can always call the AFCC office at 608-664-3750.

Time Zones
All conference sessions are scheduled and posted in this program using North American Eastern time. All times in this brochure reflect the time change. To convert to your local time zone, use timeanddate.com.

Conference Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available for this conference. Scholarships include your choice of one preconference institute, conference registration, and all general sessions. The scholarship application is available online. The application deadline is October 6, 2025. Recipients will be notified by late October. Free Registration for AFCC Members Outside the US and Canada
In recognition of time zone limitations, all AFCC members who reside outside of the US and Canada may register for the conference at no charge and access all conference recordings, and (if you’d like to wake up very early or stay up very late) free live attendance. To register, you must be an AFCC member living outside the US and Canada. You may register online, and the total for the event should display $0. If you are not a current member, join AFCC and then complete your conference registration to get this offer.

Pre-Conference Institute Registration
Includes access to live attendance at one preconference institute and electronic institute materials. Institute registration is a separate fee from registration for the full conference. Registrants also receive access to recordings of both pre-conference institutes.

Conference Registration
Includes all conference sessions (live and recorded) and electronic conference materials. A separate registration fee is required for pre-conference institutes. Conference Presenter Registration Available only to conference presenters who are published in the program brochure. Includes all conference sessions (live and recorded) and electronic conference materials. A separate registration fee is required for preconference institutes.

Full-Time Student Registration
Includes all conference sessions (Pre-conference institutes are a separate registration fee.) and electronic conference materials. Registration must include proof of your full-time student status.

Certificate of Attendance
AFCC will provide a certificate of attendance to all attendees. Due to the requirements of continuing education providers, AFCC certificates of attendance will only list those sessions attended live and confirmed in each Zoom report. Recordings Recordings will also be available at no additional charge to all conference registrants. Cancellation Policy
Transfer of registration to another person may be done once, at any time, without a fee. All requests for refunds or transfers must be made in writing. Email cancellations should be sent to [email protected]. Written notice of cancellation sent and confirmed by email or post-marked by October 13, 2025, will be issued a full refund minus a $75 USD service fee. Written notice of cancellation received by October 20, 2025, will result in a charge of the $75 USD service fee, with the balance issued as a credit for a future AFCC conference, training program, webinar, or membership dues. If your cancellation is not confirmed within two business days, please contact the AFCC office at 608-664-3750. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after October 20, 2025.
