Bridging Parental Conflict® is a certified, research-supported online divorce education class. The “Bridging Class” shifts parents’ orientation from conflict to easing children’s distress. The class is beneficial to resist/refuse cases and ADR processes.
Bridging Parental Conflict® is taught synchronously (live) by experts in the field who interact with participants presenting material and answering questions; or asynchronously via a video-based E-learning program. Darlene Taylor, MSW, CPC, has over 15 years of experience in guiding people through self-discovery, growth, and education. She earned an MSW from the University of Cincinnati and spent ten years as a licensed social worker, working as a therapist and family counselor. In 2008, Darlene joined the University of Cincinnati as a professor teaching Women and Gender Studies. She taught for the next 11 years hoping to shape the minds of the next generation of women. With more than a decade of experience working with families in crisis, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges that parents face when navigating the complexities of raising children, especially in post-divorce families. After witnessing firsthand the negative impact that divorce and separation can have on children, Darlene knew she wanted to do more to help parents outside the parameters of traditional clinical counseling. She made the decision to transition her focus by helping parents take the high road during and after divorce by using practical and foundational positive co-parenting strategies.
