Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is here, and courts are recognizing its potential in expanding access to justice for parties involved in low dollar value civil cases like separation and parenting plans. This session will introduce a variety of ODR tools and show them in action, as well as addressing some of the potential challenges technology can introduce. Using examples from advanced Court ODR platforms, the presenter will show hands on demonstrations and share best practices, as well as important procedural safeguards.
